Morgan Motorcycles is a family-run business established in 2011 specialising in small capacity commuter motorcycles and scooters  as well as quality budget friendly helmets, clothing, accessories and DVSA approved motorcycle training. 
Passionate about motorcycling, we aim to provide excellent customer service, selling quality stock at realistic prices

Meet Our Team

Where it all began...

2011 Morgan Motorcycles opened its doors. Located on the Lynx Industrial Estate, next door to the Lynx Cafe. 


We focused on used bikes offering a choice of over 30 quality used machines and our workshop offered value for money servicing and repairs.


2012 Fast forward a year and we introduced new scooters and 125cc motorcycles from Lexmoto and Zontes and the larger 650cc WK (CFMOTO) machines. Our training school Morgan Motorcycle Training run by Leigh opened for business in the summer or 2012 and has been helping people get on to two wheels ever since. 

2013 We moved to our current location where we decided to focus entirely on the small bike sales whilst the workshop continued to service all makes, models and size of bikes. The training school CBT area and classroom were now on site enabling us to offer the full package of training, clothing, bike sales and aftercare in house. 


2015 Saw the arrival of Suzuki to our humble showroom and that combined with Lexmoto, Motorini, Zontes meant we could cater for all budgets. 
2019 We revamped our showroom and decided to reintroduce a small selection of used "big bikes" and also expanded our new range to include larger CC models. We have also now introduced  electric motorcycles and scooters as we join the electric revolution and the quest for ever more environmentally friendly personal transport. 

2020 The year the world would rather forget! For us, we brought in SINNIS Motorcycles to our line up of motorcycles and scooters to further our range of commuter machines. Now offering machines from LEXMOTO, MOTORINI, SINNIS, SUZUKI and ZONTES, we think we have access to the largest choice of 50cc and 125cc commuter machines in the area. 

2021 Happy 10th birthday to us! 
We part company with SUZUKI to allow us to continue to offer what we believe to be the best selection of small capacity commuter machines in the area. Looking at the future of motorcycling we decided to bring in YADEA, a world leader in electric two wheeled transport.

2022 We welcome some new and old names to our showroom. F.B Mondial and KEEWAY

2023 Royal Enfield. We now stock the Royal Enfield range. 
Morgan Motorcycle Training now adds Back road Bimbles to the line up of training. A relaxed, enjoyable day out expanding students roadcraft to roads that might otherwise be avoided.

2024 
WE MOVED! 
December 2024 we moved to our new larger showroom on Market Street. More space to grow.

2025
Now open on Market Street and offering Benelli, Keeway, Lexmoto, Royal Alloy, SYM and Zontes. 
Morgan Motorcycle Training now has a larger onsite training area . Our accessory shop has grown and now includes brands including  OXFORD, MT Helmets, HJC, Alpinestars, Rayven and ARMR
